Community-Based Accountability System

Community-Based Accountability System

Through our Community-Based Accountability System (CBAS), we define success by aligning our work with our mission, our strategic plan, and the hopes and dreams of every child. We focus on continuous growth and meaningful learning experiences that prepare students for life beyond graduation.

Our commitment goes beyond academics. To ensure transparency and progress, our accountability system is built on five core pillars:

  1. Student Outcomes: Prioritizing academic excellence and personal growth.
  2. Community Engagement & Partnerships: Building strong ties with the families we serve.
  3. Professional Learning & Quality Staff: Investing in the educators who inspire our students.
  4. Fiscal & Operational Systems: Maintaining excellence through responsible stewardship.
  5. Safety & Well-Being: Creating secure and supportive environments for all.
